Review: Mythago Wood and Avilion on The Book Smugglers

This isn’t a story you can read if you’re not paying attention as Holdstock weaves layer upon layer of meaning into the places, events, people, and tales that they all echo and enhance each other and that’s what makes Mythago Wood a classic. It really is.

To prove if nothing else I’m not dead above is a sample of my guest review on The Book Smugglers. I was really chuffed to be asked to do it. It was a bit different being a dual review and I tried to make it longer than normal. Both are worth reading but for their own reasons. Please check out the review and the rest of their brilliant site.

Thanks, in some ways it's what I'd think of in terms of fantasy. I love Celtic based stuff – so that's probably what I'm expecting :D
