Comment: Guardian's Science Fiction & Fantasy Novels Everyone Must Read: The Meme
Nethspace points me to SF Signal and the guardian’s SFF contribution to 1000 novels everyone must read. And seeing that it’s a meme I thought I’d go through the list.
KEY:Read and Own but Unread
Is it wrong to say that I’m not that excited by most of the other books on this list – there are some exceptions:
10. Stephen Baxter: The Time Ships (1995)
28. Michael Chabon: The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay (2000)
48. M John Harrison: Light (2002)
78. China Miéville: The Scar (2002)
and a couple of others but most of them not really me.
Anyone want to convince me other wise? or want to give the list a go?
